North Country Rivers Cabins and Camping is located on the beautiful banks of the lower Kennebec River.

Besides having ample space for tent and cabins, the base complex includes Patrick's Restaurant and Pub, a game room, a "family-size" hot tub, and coin operated showers. In addition, camping and RV sites include fire rings, a table, are partially wooded, and are within easy walking distance to the main lodge's amenities. You can also swim, fish, walk, hike, or bike (on established trails) all within the immediate base complex.

For the tent camper, you only need to provide your own sleeping equipment (sleeping pad, tent, sleeping bag, etc.). We also have wood-framed canvas platform tents with screen doors and cots, nestled in a large white birch stand. They sleep 3-6 people comfortably. For RV's, we have large sites. However, these sites do not have electrical hookups.

Maine Kayak will setup lodging for your stay even if they are not sequential with your trip. In other words, if you would like to stay in the region for any amount of time before or after your rafting trip, we will gladly book your accommodations - even if you wish to stay in multiple locations.
