MAINE WHITEWATER KAYAKING DIRECTIONS

KENNEBEC RIVER - From Southern Maine and Points South : I-95 North to I-295 North (Portland) back into I-95 North. Continue I-95 North to Exit 133 (formerly Exit 36) in Waterville/Fairfield.   Rt. 201 North to Bingham - " North Country Rivers " on your left. From Points North of Skowhegan : I-95 South to Exit 157 (formerly Exit 39) in Newport.   Rt 2 West to Skowhegan.   Rt 201 North to Bingham- " North Country Rivers " on your left.

BELGRADE - From Southern Maine and Points South : I-95 North to I-295 North (Portland) back into I-95 North. Continue I-95 North to Exit 112 (formerly Exit 31) towards the Belgrade Lakes Region.   Rt 27 into the Belgrade Lakes Region. Before town, take left on Castle Island Road to the Long Pond Boat Launch (on the left). From Points North of Augusta : I-95 South to Exit 112 (formerly Exit 31) towards the Belgrade Lakes Region - follow directions above.

MUSCONGUS - From Southern Maine and Points South : I-95 North to I-295 North (Portland) to Brunswick/Bath Exit 28 (formerly Exit 22).   Rt. 1 North through Wiscasset to Rt 32 in Waldoboro to the Medomak Rd. Drive to end of Medomak Rd. and stay left at the final fork to Broad Cove Marine Services.   From Points North of Brunswick : I-95 South becomes I-295 (formerly I-95) to Brunswick/Bath Exit 28 (formerly Exit 22) - follow directions above.
